I value clarity, consistency and kitchens that function with discipline and calm - whether in a private home or a professional environment. My work is shaped by classical foundations and modern restraint, always with an eye toward practicality and execution.
Private cheffing is a natural foundation for my work today. Long-term, my focus is on consulting projects that improve the F&B industry today in a meaningful and measurable way.

Jimi has come to my home to cook for family and friends a number of times and I would recommend him without hesitation. He is super professional, he will work with you to curate the perfect menu, his food is DIVINE, and he is just such a nice easy-going guy to have in your home. My children inundated him with questions and he just took it all in his stride while preparing the food. He is also the only chef I've ever had in my home that cleans the kitchen to the same standard that I do - priceless!
